The Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) announced a 50% discount on driver licensing services for holders of the Sanad card and the People of Determination card issued by the Ministry of Family Affairs or the Ministry of Community Empowerment.
This initiative is part of the RTA's ongoing efforts to support people of determination, as shared through their official communication channel.
