Rain fell on Saturday for the third consecutive day over scattered areas of the UAE, including Al Sa'a area in Al Ain, which witnessed heavy rain that led to water runoff and accumulation in several areas and roads.
The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) expects rain to continue today, Monday, and for the next four days, until Thursday.
Monday's weather is expected to be clear to partly cloudy, with a chance of convective clouds forming in the east by afternoon, which may be accompanied by rain. The weather will be humid at night and on Tuesday morning over some coastal areas. Winds will be southeasterly to northeasterly, light to moderate in speed and occasionally active, reaching 10 to 25 km/h, and up to 35 km/h. The sea will be slight in the Arabian Gulf and the Sea of Oman.
On Tuesday, the weather is expected to be clear to partly cloudy, with a chance of convective clouds forming in the east and south by afternoon, accompanied by rain. It will be humid at night and on Wednesday morning over some coastal and internal areas, with a chance of fog or light fog formation. Winds will be southeasterly to northeasterly, light to moderate in speed and occasionally active with clouds, stirring up dust. Speeds will range from 10 to 25 km/h, reaching 40 km/h. The sea will be slight in the Arabian Gulf and the Sea of Oman.

Wednesday's weather is expected to be clear to partly cloudy, with a chance of convective clouds forming in the east and south by afternoon and extending over some internal areas, accompanied by rain. It will be humid at night and on Thursday morning over some coastal areas, with a chance of fog or light fog formation. Winds will be southeasterly to northeasterly, light to moderate and occasionally strong, especially with clouds, stirring up dust. Speeds will range from 15 to 30 km/h, reaching 45 km/h. The sea will be slight in the Arabian Gulf and the Sea of Oman.
On Thursday, the weather will be clear to partly cloudy, with a chance of convective clouds forming in the east by afternoon, accompanied by rain. It will be humid at night and on Friday morning over some coastal areas. Winds will be southeasterly, becoming northwesterly, light to moderate and occasionally active with clouds, stirring up dust. Speeds will range from 10 to 25 km/h, reaching 40 km/h. The sea will be slight in the Arabian Gulf and the Sea of Oman.
According to the NCM, temperatures today, Monday, are expected to reach 45°C in Abu Dhabi, with a minimum of 33°C. Dubai will see a maximum of 45°C and a minimum of 35°C, while Sharjah will record a maximum of 46°C and a minimum of 31°C.
In Ajman, the maximum temperature will be 43°C and the minimum 31°C. Umm Al Quwain will see a maximum of 44°C and a minimum of 31°C, while Ras Al Khaimah will record a maximum of 45°C and a minimum of 32°C.
Fujairah will see a maximum temperature of 42°C and a minimum of 33°C, while Al Ain will record a maximum of 46°C and a minimum of 34°C.
