In recognition of World Humanitarian Day, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, emphasised the UAE's enduring commitment to humanitarian efforts. This dedication has been a cornerstone since the nation's inception by the late Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan and his fellow leaders.
Through his account on the X platform, His Highness expressed under the #World_Humanitarian_Day, "Life has shown me that true human presence is not measured by how loudly one speaks, but by the depth of their influence. It's not about those who talk about human suffering, but those who actively work to relieve it. It's not about making headlines but about making a difference in people's lives."
He also noted that humanity requires action rather than words. The UAE stands firmly grounded in its values and history, consistently choosing to be on the right side of global humanitarian work. He affirmed that the nation, with God's grace, will continue to be a beacon of goodness and a source of hope and life.
