Uber opens waiting lounge for Dubai Airport Terminal 3 passengers

Uber, in partnership with Dubai Airports, has opened a waiting lounge dedicated for passengers at Terminal 3 of Dubai International Airport, at the main pickup points for Uber and Careem app users.

The initiative reflects the commitment of the participating entities to provide a world-class transportation experience, while simultaneously enhancing the urban landscape and the quality of movement within the airport.

By improving the flow of guest movement and reducing congestion at the curbsides, this lounge contributes to elevating the guest experience from the moment they arrive in Dubai.

Saeed Al Nazari, Secretary General of the Dubai Civility Committee, said: Dubai offers the world an exceptional urban experience, starting from the moment of arrival and extending to every detail in the city, with all its services and facilities reflecting the level of organisation, cleanliness, comfort, and quality of life. Dubai Airport is the primary gateway which welcomes millions of visitors annually, and from it starts the first impression of the city’s level of sophisticated services. This partnership between Dubai Airports and Uber reflects Dubai’s approach of working as one team to continuously elevate the experience of visitors from all over the world.
