The Emirates Group has announced more than 100 job openings across various operational, administrative, and engineering sectors, as observed in their online recruitment portal by Al Khaleej newspaper.
This initiative is part of the Group's strategy to expand its fleet network and enhance its logistics services globally.
The job opportunities are designed to attract both seasoned professionals and new joiners, with a particular emphasis on Emiratization programmes aimed at recruiting UAE nationals. The vacancies offer training and qualification programmes for new Emirati pilots and include roles such as pilot positions, cabin crew roles, and cabin service assistant positions through Emirates Aviation Services and dnata.
Openings also cover key specialisations in areas like information technology, maintenance and engineering, airport operations, logistics, human resources, and customer service.

Pilots also receive 42 days of annual leave, guaranteed business class travel tickets annually for themselves and their dependents with the option to upgrade to first class, an Emirates Platinum card offering exclusive discounts, reduced travel benefits for employees and eligible dependents, an employer-contributed retirement savings plan, and comprehensive medical coverage. The National Programme for Training Pilots
The National Pilot Training Programme offers trainees a monthly salary of Dhs6,365 throughout the 12-month ground school and flight training stages, with meals and accommodation included. During the three-month type classification phase, the salary rises to Dhs18,335 per month. This further increases to Dhs31,745 per month during the eight-month linear training phase. After completing the training, a first officer earns a monthly salary of Dhs52,105, comprising both basic salary and fixed allowances.
Cabin Service
Employees in cabin services earn a tax-free salary, which includes a fixed monthly basic salary of Dhs4,980, along with an hourly flight rate of Dhs69.60. On average, employees work between 80 and 100 flight hours each month, resulting in an average total monthly pay of around Dhs11,244, or roughly USD 3,100. Meal allowances for overnight layovers are added to the following month's salary. Additionally, the company offers hotel accommodations during flights and provides airport transfers.

Emirates Airline reported that in 2025, the group received over 3.5 million job applications from around the world, averaging about 400 applications per hour. This surge led to the hiring of more than 9,700 new employees, making it one of the most substantial recruitment efforts the group has undertaken in recent years.
