The administrations of several schools have called on Grade 12 students to quickly review their personal data and ensure the accuracy of their names in Arabic and English, to avoid any potential delays in the issuance of High School certificates.
The schools emphasised, in a circular addressed to students, the detection of errors in the spelling of some names in English, clarifying that all letters must be written in Capital Letters, in accordance with the official data provided in passports.
They also explained that the certificate data is adopted as it appears in the electronic system, and that any error in the name could lead to a disruption in the certificate issuance procedures, which requires correcting the data as soon as possible.
The schools also requested students affected by these notes to send a clear and updated copy of their passport and bring their original Emirates ID card, affirming that modifying a name in the system cannot be done without relying on passport data.
They called on the rest of the Grade 12 students to review their personal data and ensure they match their passports, and to immediately inform the school of any observations or errors, while attaching a clear copy of the passport, to ensure the completion of correction procedures before the final certificates are approved.
