VIDEO: Sharjah Police warn of dangers of drugs, say don't let curiosity destroy your life

Sharjah police warned in a video published their social media accounts on Sunday against the dangers of drugs.

The police stated in the video that : “No one gets up in the morning with the intention of destroying his future or planning to be the reason for his family’s sorrow, but some cases end unlike we always imagine. These can begin with only a word, a session or through a person who suddenly enters your life in the wrong time. In the beginning, every thing seem normal, it is merely a company, merely an experience, or merely just for one time."

"Then concessions begin, either willingly or not. The victim starts to waive his dreams to suddenly find that the way he was going on to success, took him to the opposite direction, far away from his goals, his family and take things from him which nothing else can make for like his family trust and the future which was waiting for him."

"Drugs do not steal your health only, but steals all what you have previously built. Consequently, not all fights with drugs start with drugs on their own, as some of these fights begin with a person, a company or a decision you thought it was simple."

"So before you choose the road you are going to go through, first choose the person who will accompany you. Some will take you towards success while others take you towards abyss. Select your friend well because the future you aspire to deserves your protection.”
