Sharjah Electricity, Water and Gas Authority (SEWA) has completed the project to illuminate Al Ghuraifa residential area in Al Madam city, along with the road leading to the area.
This is part of its efforts to illuminate various cities, areas, and residential communities in the Central Region. SEWA reportedly installed 90 lighting poles and 94 energy-saving luminaires, and laid 5,000 metres of cables.
Engineer Khalifa Mohammed Al Tunaiji, Director of the Central Region Department at SEWA, explained that the Authority is working to provide the best services and implement lighting projects in various areas to ensure safety, security, and a civilised and aesthetic appearance.
He affirmed that the project to illuminate the Al Ghuraifa residential area in Al Madam, along with the road leading to the area, was implemented according to the best technical specifications and within a period not exceeding 4 days.
