Al Ain court orders man to pay woman Dhs20,800 for damaging her vehicle

Al Ain Civil, Commercial and Administrative Cases Court ordered a man to pay Dhs10,800 to a woman and fined him Dhs10,000 as compensation after he premeditatedly damaged her vehicle by hitting it, forcing her to bear the cost of repairs and to take a taxi to work.
The suspect was allegedly convicted of this act in a criminal case.
The complainant filed a lawsuit against the suspect, requesting the court to order him to compensate her for the material and moral damage she suffered from his actions, amounting to Dhs50,000, as well as fees and expenses.
