Abu Dhabi Family, Civil, and Administrative Cases Court ordered a man to return Dhs24,000 to another after stealing the money from his bag that was inside a room in a farm.
The victim filed a lawsuit against the defendant in which he requested the court to order him to return the aforementioned sum with immediate enforcement of the order and to pay the incurred fees and expenses.
The plaintiff pleaded that the defendant stole the money from his bag that was inside his room in a farm.
As a result, a criminal case was initiated under which the defendant was convicted and was to be deported from the country.
As this verdict became final and binding, the plaintiff was prompted to file this lawsuit with the aforementioned requests.
