British records pay glowing tributes to Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid's leadership

Official British documents from government bodies in London, dating back to the 1960s through the 1980s, highlight the exceptional qualities of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of he UAE and Ruler of Dubai.
