The Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) announced on Sunday that a temporary technical issue is impacting its services across various platforms.
Responding to user complaints about disruptions, including difficulties with parking payments, the RTA addressed the matter on social media, stating that a temporary technical issue is affecting its services on multiple channels. They assured the public that their team is actively working to resolve the problem promptly and expressed gratitude for users' understanding and cooperation.
Replying to an individual who reported service disruption, RTA said, "Thank you for contacting us. Kindly note that there is a temporary technical issue affecting RTA services across different channels. Our team is currently working to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation."
In another response, it said, "Thank you for reaching out to us. Please be informed that you will need to coordinate with our colleagues at Dubai Municipality regarding your request, and they will provide you with further assistance."
The RTA also responded to another complain, saying "Thank you for reaching out to us. Please be aware that, besides using SMS to pay for parking, you also have the option to make payments via the solar-powered machines available in the parking areas. We appreciate your understanding."
