Dubai’s real estate market on Thursday witnessed a record-breaking deal for a luxury apartment selling for Dhs356.2 million.
Data from Dubai REST showed that the apartment, located in Jumeirah 2 area within the Aman Residences project, spans 31,200 square feet with an average price of Dhs11,417 per square foot.
