flydubai has resumed flights across its network with a limited schedule. The airline is actively updating schedules and gradually increasing the number of flights as regional airspace restrictions ease.
A company representative stated that the situation is under close observation, acknowledging that certain flights might experience longer durations because of temporary route diversions. The representative also stressed that ensuring the safety of passengers and crew remains the airline's highest priority in all operations.
The airline advised its customers to avoid going to the airport unless they have a confirmed reservation or official notice of their flight rebooking.
Additionally, it explained that passengers with connecting flights through Dubai on the flydubai network will not be allowed to proceed to their final destinations unless the connecting flight is operational. The airline acknowledged the high volume of calls currently being handled by its call center and expressed gratitude for customers' understanding, assuring them that support teams are working diligently to assist as quickly as possible.
The spokesperson clarified that travelers with bookings between February 28 and March 31 are eligible to reschedule their flights to the same destination within 30 days of their original travel date without incurring additional fees.
flydubai recommended that passengers verify their flight status and stay informed before traveling to the airport. The airline stated that bookings could be made through its website, call center, flydubai travel shops, or authorized travel agents. Additionally, customers were encouraged to keep their contact details current via the "Manage Booking" section to ensure they receive updates about any changes to their flights.
