Air Arabia has announced the extension of its temporary suspension of flights to and from the UAE until 3pm (UAE time) on Monday, March 9. This decision is part of the ongoing operational adjustments tied to safety measures and coordination with relevant authorities.
The airline further explained that a limited number of flights will still operate in collaboration with authorized entities, contingent on receiving operational clearances and meeting safety standards. Passengers with scheduled flights will be directly informed via the airline's official communication platforms.
The airline called on the remaining passengers to refrain from heading to the airport unless contacted specifically and highlighted the importance of regularly checking flight updates on its official website.
Passengers who made bookings directly were directed to explore alternative options through the website, while those who booked via travel agents were advised to reach out to their agents. The airline emphasized updating contact details on the "Manage Booking" page to guarantee timely notification of any crucial updates.
Air Arabia acknowledged the increased demand on its customer service channels, conveyed its gratitude for passengers' patience, and reaffirmed that the safety of both passengers and crew continues to be its highest priority.
