School administrations have shared their organisational plans in response to the Ministry of Education's announcement regarding the implementation of a distance learning system from Monday, March 2nd, to Wednesday, March 4th.
They affirmed their preparedness to carry out an intensive academic programme designed to enhance students' readiness ahead of the final semester assessments.
The departments announced that the distance learning programme will span three days. It will involve training students through the Smart Learning Platform (LMS) and implementing an intensive review of various study materials.
The programme will emphasize familiarizing students with exam formats and approved question models while also incorporating interactive activities.
The program is set to include three daily sessions, structured around a timetable that features review sessions for the six core subjects across both general and advanced tracks. The sessions will run each day from 9:00 AM to 11:10 AM, with a detailed schedule to be shared with students at a later date.
Meanwhile, several school administrations have addressed the "SSA Final Assessments" for the second semester. Some schools plan to administer one test per day, while others intend to conduct two tests on the same day to adhere to their schedules.
Additionally, certain administrations are exploring options to either consolidate or reduce the number of tests based on their organisational strategies.
Multiple administrations have affirmed that the testing process, whether conducted in person or remotely, is determined by each school based on the established guidelines. They emphasized the importance of staying informed through the official groups and communication channels of the respective schools, as procedures may vary between institutions.
