Emirates Airline has extended the temporary suspension of all flights to and from Dubai until 3:00 PM UAE time on Monday, citing multiple closures in regional airspace.
According to a statement on its website, passengers with bookings through March 5 have the option to rebook on an alternative flight to the same destination within 20 days of their original travel date.
Additionally, they can request a full refund, regardless of whether the booking was made directly with Emirates or via travel agents.
The airline urged all passengers to verify their flight status prior to traveling to the airport and to update their contact details through the Manage Booking service to stay informed about the latest updates.
Additionally, it highlighted the need to reach out to their travel agent or call center if their flights are impacted by cancellations.
Emirates stated that it is actively monitoring the situation in collaboration with relevant authorities, reaffirming that the safety of its passengers and crew is its highest priority while expressing regret for any disruptions this may cause to travel plans.
