Under the esteemed patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, Dubai is set to host on Sunday grand crowning of the most notable "Hope Makers" in the Arab world during the concluding ceremony of its sixth edition at the Coca-Cola Arena.
As the largest Arab initiative of its kind, dedicated to honouring individuals who contribute positively to society, "Hope Makers" will grant a financial prize of one million dirhams to the winning humanitarian.
This award aims to recognise their impactful contributions and inspire further efforts in advancing programmes that assist others and benefit the community.
The Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives Foundation, the organiser of the Hope Makers initiative, has completed preparations to reveal the winners of its sixth edition, which attracted more than 15,800 nominations.
The concluding ceremony is set to receive widespread media coverage across the UAE and the broader Arab region. Additionally, it will be accessible through the initiative's social media channels.
At the Coca-Cola Arena in Dubai, attendees will experience uplifting stories from a remarkable group of philanthropists who have devoted their time and resources to supporting their communities, culminating in the announcement of the top Arab Hope Maker.
The event will bring together a diverse audience, including artists, intellectuals, media professionals, social media influencers from across the Arab world, and notable figures from the UAE recognized for their charitable and humanitarian contributions.
Participants in the Hope Makers initiative go through multiple stages of selection before advancing to the final round held in Dubai.
