The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) announced pioneering results within the second phase of the zero government bureaucracy programme through enhancing the use of AI solutions, which resulted in reducing the package of procedures by up to 100 per cent and shortening the required completion time, conditions, requirements and steps required for a package of services.
Rashid Al Saadi, Acting Assistant Undersecretary of MoHRE for Labour Market Services, stated that the MoHRE’s teams achieved quantum leaps in the zero government bureaucracy programme in a record time, resulting in more comprehensive and innovative method and level of service delivery to customers.
The second phase of the programme included a large package of procedures, documents and visits required to complete many services related to employers, employees and domestic workers, he said, calling on customers to assist in achieving zero bureaucracy by putting forward their opinions and suggestions about services that need to be simplified and procedures that need to be reduced.
During this phase, the MoHRE collaborated with its partners to launch the ‘Emirati Work Bundle in Private Sector,’ which provides integrated proactive digital services from the moment an Emirati registers on the Nafis platform and begins their job search journey until they are hired, join the job and are registered in the General Pension and Social Security Authority, he added.
This reduces procedures by 95 per cent, documents by 91 per cent, and completion time by 85 per cent, he said.
