Dubai's real estate market witnessed a landmark transaction at the beginning of trading on Wednesday, marked by the mortgage of two land plots valued at Dhs11.1 billion ($3 billion).
As reported through the Dubai REST (Real Estate Self Transaction) app, these plots are situated in the Dubai Waterfront area, spanning a combined total of 24.3 million square feet. The average price per square foot stands at Dhs 456.6.
