DUBAI: Experts in the fields of green ecosystems, sustainability, and technology have emphasised the implementation of more effective solutions to create a “green ecosystem” in building infrastructure, from residential apartments to other key urban developments.
The experts were part of the launch of the Kotook Green Ecosystem, a future sustainability and technology solutions platform, which marked a green milestone in 2026, highlighting the growing role of sustainable real estate and technology-driven solutions in shaping a resilient and low-carbon future.
The event was hosted by Kotook Tech Limited and attended by Javad Mahmoodi, CEO and Founder of Kotook and co-hosted by the Co-Founder Mohammad Reza Bartarabg, held at the SEE Institute, The Sustainable City, Dubai.
The event brought together international leaders in renewable energy, sustainability experts, professors, stakeholders, investors, and real estate brokers, creating a powerful platform for collaboration and action.
Javad Mahmoodi emphasised Kotook as a forward-thinking real estate data management and sustainability aggregator platform designed to accelerate the transition towards smart, low-carbon, and resilient cities that integrates smart infrastructure, sustainable technologies, and a digital platform into “One Unified Ecosystem” connecting cities, developers, technology providers, investors and communities in achieving measurable environmental, social, and economic impact.
“Kotook’s approach in sustainability is aligned with UAE Net-Zero ambitions and 1.5°C climate pathways, supporting decarbonixation of building assets and smart cities through technology enable solutions,” he said.
The launch was also attended by Dr Faisal Ali Rashid PMP, Senior Director of the Dubai Supreme Council of Energy.
In his speech, he shared motivational insights on sustainability innovation and emphasised the importance of supporting a strong, interconnected green ecosystem aligned with Dubai’s future-focused economic vision.
Faris Saeed, Founder and Chairman SEE Holding, the prominent figure in the field of sustainable real estate sustainable development added significant value to the event.
Global perspectives were further enriched through keynote addresses by Jean-Luc Scherer, Founder & CEO of Innoopolis, and Dr Choi Un-Shil Ph.D., DBA, Dean of Midwest University United State of America and Vice Chairperson of the Global Innovation Center, Korea.
