Under the patronage and support of the Office of His Highness the Ruler of Dubai, and in response to the wishes of orphaned families, Beit Al Khair organised an Umrah trip for 25 orphans and their mothers, accompanied by two supervisors from the society, during the mid-academic year holiday.
The initiative aimed to provide an opportunity for orphans and their mothers to perform Umrah to strengthen family and social bonds among them.
The initiative is part of the association’s ongoing programmes aimed at supporting orphans and their families by creating diverse experiences which contribute to enhancing their sense of reassurance and happiness.
Beit Al Khair affirmed that these trips and programmes aim to foster a spirit of giving and social cohesion, leaving a lasting impact on the lives of orphans and their families. The society added that these trips come within the framework of the society’s commitment to providing comprehensive support to them, whether through educational, social, or religious activities.
This initiative also reflects the society’s keenness to provide experiences which combine the spiritual aspect of worship with the social and educational aspects for orphans and their mothers, giving them an opportunity for balanced growth and sharing motivating memories that strengthen their family and social ties, leaving a long-term positive impact on their lives.
