The National Centre of Metrology (NCM) said that light and heavy rain fell on the different areas of the country on Friday, including Dubai and will continue for four days, due to the country being affected by a surface low pressure system, accompanied by a weak low pressure system in the upper atmosphere.
The NCM reported that the weather in Dibba Al Fujairah on Saturday will be clear or partly cloudy during the day, with a temperature of 23°C, and humidity of 40.4%, adding that wind speed will be 3.4 km/h.
There will be scattered clouds at night, with temperature of 18°C and humidity 63.15%, while wind speed will be 3.1 km/h.
The NCM forecasts that Saturday's weather will be clear to partly cloudy and occasionally cloudy with a chance of light rain over some coastal and northern areas, and humid at night and on Sunday morning over some inland and coastal areas.
Winds will be southeasterly to northeasterly, light to moderate, occasionally active, with speeds of 10 to 20 km/h, amounting to 35 km/h, and the waves will be light to moderate in the Arabian Gulf and the Sea of Oman, the NCM reported.
The NCM forecasts clear to partly cloudy weather on Sunday, with a chance of some cumuliform clouds accompanied by rains in some coastal, northern and eastern areas, while winds will be southeasterly to southwesterly, light to moderate, occasionally active and stirring dust, with speeds of 10 to 20 km/h, amounting to 35 km/h.
The waves will be calm in the Arabian Gulf and the Sea of Oman, the NCM added.
Monday's weather, according to the NCM, will be partly cloudy to cloudy at times, with a chance of some cumuliform clouds accompanied by rain in some coastal, northern and eastern areas, with a rise in temperatures.
It will be humid at night and on Tuesday morning in some inland areas and winds will be southwesterly to northwesterly, light to moderate, occasionally stirring up dust, with speeds of 10 to 25 km/h, amounting to 40 km/h, while the waves will be moderate to rough at times in the Arabian Gulf and the Sea of Oman with clouds.
On Tuesday, the weather is expected to be partly cloudy to cloudy at times, with the possibility of some cumuliform clouds accompanied by rain in some northern and eastern areas, a drop in temperatures, while winds will be northwesterly, moderate to strong, and occasionally strong over the sea, stirring dust and sand, with speeds of 15 to 30 km/h, amounting to 45 km/h and the waves will be rough in the Arabian Gulf and the Sea of Oman.
