BRIDGE Summit 2025, the world’s largest debut media event, has announced a strategic partnership with Emirates Foundation to mobilise more than 1,000 volunteers fluent in seven international languages.
These volunteers will support guest services, programme operations, and international coordination as Abu Dhabi prepares to host the Summit from Dec.8 to Dec.10, 2025, at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre.
The partnership was formalised through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between Dr. Jamal Mohammed Al Kaabi, Vice Chairman of BRIDGE, and Ahmad Taleb Al Shamsi, Chief Executive Officer of Emirates Foundation.
The agreement unifies institutional capabilities and national talent ahead of a global gathering that will bring together 60,000 participants from 45 countries.
BRIDGE Summit 2025 will convene 430 speakers, 1,200 CEOs, 260 local and international advertising agencies, nearly 5,000 media professionals, and more than 300 exhibiting companies, alongside over 100 startups.
The deployment of 1,000 multilingual volunteers ensures that BRIDGE has the cultural fluency, linguistic reach, and operational scale required to host an event spanning 1.65 million square feet and seven interconnected content tracks: Media, Creator Economy, Music, Gaming, Technology, Marketing and Picture.
The collaboration reflects a shared commitment to empowering young people with meaningful opportunities to contribute to global events while gaining real-world experience in high-impact sectors. It also underscores the UAE’s long-term investment in building a future-ready workforce that can support the rapid expansion of media, entertainment, and creative industries.
Through the partnership, BRIDGE reinforces its mission to enhance community participation, develop talent, and strengthen the UAE’s global leadership in shaping the next era of the content economy.
Volunteers will enhance the Summit’s hospitality, cultural exchange, and audience experience by facilitating seamless communication across linguistic groups and ensuring more accessible engagement for international guests.
As BRIDGE prepares to welcome global leaders, creators, innovators, and institutions, these young volunteers will represent the UAE’s professionalism, generosity, and openness to the world.
Dr. Jamal Mohammed Al Kaabi, Vice Chairman, BRIDGE, said the Summit reflects the UAE’s commitment to creating spaces where people connect through understanding and cultural exchange.
He said the partnership with Emirates Foundation strengthens this goal by deploying 1,000 volunteers fluent in seven languages.
They will be the first point of contact for participants from different backgrounds and help create an open, reliable environment for all guests.
He said the partnership gives young people direct exposure to sectors shaping the future economy, including media and entertainment.
Their role in delivering the Summit places them inside fast-moving professional settings and builds skills that match the demands of these industries. He said this aligns with the UAE’s direction to develop talent able to support rapid growth in creative and content sectors.
Dr. Al Kaabi said the volunteers serve as a bridge that links participants to the UAE’s culture and values. He said their presence reflects the country’s openness and reinforces BRIDGE’s role as a global platform for dialogue in media, content, and entertainment.
For his part, Ahmad Taleb Al Shamsi, Chief Executive Officer, Emirates Foundation, noted: “Youth empowerment and national capacity-building are core pillars of Emirates Foundation’s strategy. BRIDGE Summit provides an exceptional platform for young volunteers to gain new skills, represent the UAE with pride, and contribute to a global event of strategic significance.
By deploying 1,000 volunteers fluent in seven international languages, we are strengthening the readiness of our national talent and enhancing their practical experience across media, content, and entertainment sectors—supporting our mission to build a professional and sustainable volunteer ecosystem capable of creating tangible social impact.”
