Developer launches Dhs1b ‘Mayfair Nexus’ in Dubai

The first community project worth Dhs1 billion has unveil by the Seven Mayfair Real Estate Development marked its grand entry into Dubai’s property landscape. The debut event, held at the project site in Wadi Al Safa 7, set a new benchmark for experiential launches with its theme ‘Imagination Comes to Life.’

The evening brought together a distinguished audience of industry leaders, partners, and real estate professionals, offering an immersive journey through the brand’s vision — from architectural showcases to a breathtaking drone show that lit up the night sky, symbolising imagination transforming into reality.

Reflecting on the milestone, Adnan Arshad, CEO and Co-Founder of Seven Mayfair Real Estate Development, described the launch as “a proud and emotional moment.”
