Abu Dhabi Police honour a citizen for helping protect road users from accident

The Abu Dhabi Police honoured Rashid Hamad Al Ketbi, a UAE national, in recognition of his positive act that contributed to protecting road users from a potential traffic accident, as well as for embodying the values of good citizenship and social responsibility.

In coordination with the Traffic Awareness and Education Section, Colonel Saeed Ali Al Hassani, Deputy Director of the Traffic and Security Patrols Department for Security Patrols Affairs in Al Ain, presented a certificate of appreciation to Rashid in recognition of his noble stance and effective cooperation with the police in preserving the safety of lives and property.

The Colonel praised the citizen's high sense of security, courage, and sense of responsibility, emphasising Abu Dhabi Police's commitment to honouring positive community role models whose actions strengthen the security and safety systems, and consolidate the culture of cooperation and partnership between the police and the community, with the aim of achieving traffic safety for all.
