Amana Healthcare, part of the M42 Group, treated and rehabilitated a young man named Tylan Williams, who suffered a serious injury as a result of a motorcycle accident.
Tylan suffered a complete spinal cord injury between the T6 and T7 vertebrae, causing paralysis from the chest down.
When he allegedly went to Amana, a multidisciplinary team of doctors and therapists in the fields of physical therapy and mental health worked to develop an individualised treatment plan aimed at rehabilitating him and enabling him to manage his daily life with confidence and independence. Williams said: “Every step, I felt cared for, supported, and appreciated. I am grateful to be in a country that provides this level of care. Amana gave me the tools, strength, and belief that I could get better.”
Dr. Waqas Farooqi, Consultant Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Amana Healthcare, said: “We stand with and support patients as they regain their lives with confidence and renewed purpose. Tylan’s experience embodies Amana Healthcare’s vision of providing comprehensive treatment programmes that combine medical expertise with psychological and social support, empowering patients to regain their independence and continue their lives with renewed hope.”
“Taylan continues his journey of recovery with determination, and his story is a testament to Amana Healthcare’s commitment to its mission of transforming adversity into inspiring stories of recovery, affirming that medical excellence combined with human compassion can rebuild lives.”
