Sultan approves 450 new job opportunities for citizens in Sharjah

His Highness Dr Sheikh Sultan Bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and ruler of Sharjah, has approved 450 new job opportunities for citizens in Sharjah.

These roles cover all university disciplines and will support the various government entities across the emirate's cities and areas.

Abdullah Ibrahim Al Zaabi, Chairman of Human Resources Dpeartment, confirmed to the "Direct Line" programme that Sheikh Sultan, has approved 450 new job opportunities for the citizens in Sharjah. These roles will cover all university disciplines and will be located across the various cities and areas of the emirate, in order to meet the needs of all government entities.

Al Zaabi said that priority would be given to members of the Sharjah Job Seekers Training and Qualification Programme, with their appointments beginning in the coming months from next year onwards.

Al Zaabi explained that, since the beginning of this year, 2,100 graduates from a variety of university disciplines have been employed.

He noted that some disciplines have already made appointments for graduates from the cohorts of 2024 and 2025.
