The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) has expected cumulus clouds to form over some eastern and southern areas on Monday and Tuesday, with the potential for rainfall over a three-day period. This is due to the country being affected by weak surface pressure systems and an extension of a low-pressure system in the upper atmosphere.
The Monday's weather is expected to be humid in the morning over some coastal and inland areas, with a possibility of light fog forming. It will be clear to partly cloudy, with a possibility of cumulus clouds forming over some eastern areas. Winds will be southeasterly to northwesterly and light to moderate in speed, and sometimes active, reaching speeds of 10 to 25 km/h and occasionally reaching 35 km/h. The waves will be light to medium in the Arabian Gulf and light in the Sea of Oman.
