Light to heavy rain fell across various parts of the country on Tuesday, including Al Dhafra and the Suwaihan–Sada Road to the west of Al Ain.
This was due to a surface low-pressure system and an upper-atmospheric low-pressure system, according to the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM).
The NCM has also expected that the weather on Wednesday will be clear to partly cloudy, with low clouds forming over some eastern and southern areas.
It will be humid overnight and on Thursday morning in some coastal and inland areas, with a possibility of light fog forming. Winds will be southeasterly, turning northwesterly and ranging from light to moderate in speed, occasionally reaching 35 km/h with speeds of 10–25 km/h. Waves will be light to medium in the Arabian Gulf and light in the Sea of Oman.
The Thursday's weather is expected to be clear to partly cloudy, with occasional cloudiness in some areas. It will be humid at night and on Friday morning in some coastal and inland areas, with a chance of light fog.
Winds will be light to moderate, occasionally reaching speeds of up to 35 km/h, and will blow from southeasterly to northeasterly. The waves will be calm in both the Arabian Gulf and the Sea of Oman.
The weather on Friday is expected to be generally clear to partly cloudy. It will be humid at night and on Saturday morning in some coastal and inland areas, with a chance of fog or light mist, especially in the west.
The wind will blow from the southeast, shifting to the northwest, and will be light to moderate in speed, occasionally reaching speeds of 10 to 25 km/h and occasionally reaching 35 km/h. The waves will be calm in both the Arabian Gulf and the Sea of Oman.
The Saturday's weather is expected to be clear to partly cloudy, with some clouds appearing in the east in the afternoon. It will be humid at night and on Sunday morning over some coastal and inland areas, with the possibility of light fog forming.
Southeasterly to northwesterly, the winds will be light to moderate in speed, sometimes stronger, reaching speeds of between 10 and 25 km/h. The waves will be calm in both the Arabian Gulf and the Sea of Oman.
