Rain hits parts of UAE, NCM expects more over the next 3 days

Light to heavy rain fell in the eastern parts of the country on Saturday, including in the areas of Masafi, Asama and Shoka.
According to the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM), more rain is expected over the next three days.
The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) expects Sunday's weather to be clear to partly cloudy, with cumulus clouds possibly forming in the north and east and spreading to some inland, southern and island areas. There is a chance of rain.
Southeasterly to northeasterly and northwesterly, winds will be light to moderate in speed, and active to strong at times, especially with cloud forming.
This may cause dust storms and reduce horizontal visibility. They will range in speed from 15 to 30 km/h, reaching 55 km/h at times. The sea will have light to medium waves and may become rough at times with clouds in the Arabian Gulf and the Sea of Oman.
On Monday, the weather will be clear to partly cloudy, with a chance of cumulus clouds forming in the north and east. These will extend over some inland and southern areas and islands, bringing rain.
Winds will be light to moderate in speed, ranging from southeasterly to northwesterly. They will be active to strong at times, especially when it is cloudy, which will cause dust and dirt to reduce horizontal visibility.
They will range in speed from 15 to 30 km/h, reaching 55 km/h at times. The sea will have light to medium waves and may become rough at times with clouds in the Arabian Gulf and the Sea of Oman.
The Tuesday's weather is expected to be clear to partly cloudy, with a chance of cumulus clouds forming in the east and south, accompanied by rain. It will be humid at night and on Wednesday morning in some coastal and inland areas, with a possibility of light fog forming. Southeasterly winds will turn northwesterly and be light to moderate in speed. They will sometimes be active, causing dust.
They will range in speed from 15 to 30 km/h, occasionally reaching 40 km/h. The waves will be light to medium in the Arabian Gulf and light in the Sea of Oman.
The weather on Wednesday is expected to be clear to partly cloudy, with low clouds forming over some eastern and southern areas. It will be humid overnight and on Thursday morning in some coastal and inland areas, with a chance of light fog forming. Winds will be southeasterly, turning northwesterly.
They will be light to moderate in speed, sometimes reaching 35 km/h, with gusts of 10 to 25 km/h. The waves will be light to medium in the Arabian Gulf and light in the Sea of Oman.
