The Pakistani Riders Group (PRG), comprising more than 20 members from across the United Arab Emirates, visited the Embassy of Pakistan in Abu Dhabi to bid farewell to Faisal Niaz Tirmizi, Pakistan’s ambassador to the UAE.
Ambassador Tirmizi commended their commitment and enthusiasm in promoting a positive image of Pakistan through their activities in the UAE and beyond.
He encouraged them to continue their contributions in strengthening Pakistan’s soft image abroad.
The ambassador expressed his deep appreciation for their gesture of travelling from different parts of the Emirates to meet him on completion of his tenure in the UAE.
On the occasion, Tirmizi presented a shield to Omar Tariq (Mirza Khud), President of PRG, who presented a commemorative jacket on behalf of the group. The ambassador also awarded certificates of appreciation to members of PRG in recognition of their contributions.
Omar Tariq conveyed his sincere gratitude to Ambassador Tirmizi for his support and patronage. He underlined the group’s efforts in actively participating in diverse community activities and in portraying a positive image of Pakistan in the UAE.
The event was attended by senior officials of the Embassy and members of the Pakistan Riders Group.
