The Economic Security Center of Dubai (ESCD) at Dubai Police, in coordination with the Dubai Health Authority, arrested a suspect following a raid on his apartment. The suspect was found to be practising medicine (hair transplantation) without a licence, thereby endangering the lives and health of members of the community. He was also found to be practising this profession without the necessary knowledge and without taking the required health and safety measures.
The Dubai Police explained that the suspect's arrest was the result of an investigation into his activities, conducted in coordination with the Dubai Health Authority. They added that the man had posted clips of his operations on a dedicated social media page in order to promote his illegal activities.

The Dubai Police confirmed that a team from the ESCD had raided an apartment that the defendant was using for hair transplant procedures. The apartment had three bedrooms, two of which were used as living spaces for family members. The defendant had converted the third bedroom into a medical clinic where he performed hair transplant procedures without adhering to health requirements and standards.
The Dubai Police also confirmed that the team from the ESCD found medical equipment and instruments used for this type of surgery. They noted that legal action had been taken against the accused and that the apartment had been sealed off.
Dubai Police urge all members of society not to resort to such malpractices, which could endanger lives and health. Instead, they should visit licensed health clinics and hospitals that comply with approved standards, and report any instances of medical malpractice through Dubai Police channels and platforms.
