An Emirati family in Al Ain was shocked on Tuesday by the death of their two young daughters, who were sadly killed when the vehicle in which an Emirati woman identified as AS and her sister, both in their thirties, were travelling was involved in a traffic accident that took place in the Oud Al Touba area.
The vehicle was on its way when a vehicle driven by an Arab young man on the opposite side of the road swerved off its lane, jumped and collided with the sisters’ vehicle.
The husband of one sister expressed his faith in Allah’s will and his condolences for the family’s loss with the death of his wife, who was six months pregnant, and her sister.
He urged young people to abide by speed limits on the roads to avoid loss of their loved ones, asking Allah Almighty to grant family with patience and solace.
The funeral prayer for the two deceased was held after the Asr prayer on Wednesday at Martyr Omar Al Maqbali Mosque in Umm Ghafa area and burial took place in Umm Ghafa cemetery.
