UAE weather body predicts slight drop in temperature on Saturday

A slight drop in temperature is expected on Saturday as a result of the country being affected by weak surface pressure systems accompanied by an extension of a high-pressure system in the upper atmosphere, according to the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM).
The maximum temperature ranges between 28 and 44 degrees Celsius and the minimum between 23 and 32 degrees Celsius.
The weather on Friday will be clear to partly cloudy and cloudy at times in the east and north but will be humid at night and on Saturday morning in some coastal areas.
Light to moderate southwesterly to northwesterly winds will blow, turning to active at times at 10 to 25 and up to 35 km/h, while the sea will have regular waves in the Arabian Gulf and regular to moderate waves in the Sea of Oman.
Saturday’s weather will be clear to partly cloudy and cloudy at times in the east and north with a slight drop in temperature but will be humid at night and on Sunday morning in some coastal and inland areas with a chance of light fog.
Light to moderate southeasterly to northeasterly and northwesterly winds will blow, turning to active at times at 10 to 25 and up to 35 km/h, while the sea will have regular waves in the Arabian Gulf and the Sea of Oman.
Sunday’s weather is expected to be clear to partly cloudy with clouds, possibly cumulus, appearing in the east in the afternoon but will be humid at night and on Monday morning in some western areas with a chance of fog or light fog.
Light to moderate southeasterly to northeasterly winds will blow, turning to active at times at 10 to 25 and up to 35 km/h, while the sea will have regular to moderate waves in the Arabian Gulf and the Sea of Oman.
Monday’s morning is expected to be clear to partly cloudy with clouds appearing in the east in the afternoon but will be humid at night and on Tuesday morning in some western areas with a chance of fog or light fog.
Light to moderate southeasterly to northwesterly winds will blow, turning to active at times at 10 to 25 and up to 35 km/h, while the sea will have regular to moderate waves in the Arabian Gulf and regular waves in the Sea of Oman.
