Drizzles to heavy rains fell on Tuesday on separate areas across the country including Al Ain and Sweihan-Al Ajban Road in Abu Dhabi as a result of an extension of a surface low-pressure system from the east, accompanied by an extension of a low-pressure system in the upper atmosphere.
The weather on Wednesday is expected to be partly cloudy to cloudy at times with some cumulus clouds possibly appearing in the east in the afternoon but will be humid at night and on Thursday morning in some western areas with a chance of fog or light fog.
Light to moderate southeasterly to northeasterly winds will blow, turning to active at times during the day at 10 to 25 and up to 35 km/h, while the sea will have regular to moderate waves in the Arabian Gulf and regular waves in the Sea of Oman.
Thursday’s weather will be clear to partly cloudy with some clouds appearing in the east in the afternoon but will be humid at night and on Friday morning in the far east with a chance of fog or light fog.
Light to moderate southeasterly to northeasterly winds will blow, turning to active at times during the day at 10 to 25 and up to 35 km/h, while the sea will have regular waves in the Arabian Gulf and the Sea of Oman.
Friday’s weather is expected to be clear to partly cloudy with some clouds, possibly cumulus, appearing in the east in the afternoon but will be humid at night and on Saturday morning in some western areas with a chance of light fog.
Light to moderate southeasterly to northwesterly winds will blow, turning to active at times during the day at 10 to 25 and up to 35 km/h, while the sea will have regular to moderate waves in the Arabian Gulf and regular waves in the Sea of Oman.
Saturday’s weather will be clear to partly cloudy with a chance for some cumulus clouds to appear in the east and north, possibly accompanied by rains.
Light to moderate southeasterly to northwesterly winds will blow, turning to active and dust-stirring at times during the day at 10 to 25 and up to 40 km/h, while the sea will have regular to moderate waves but will become rough on Sunday in the Arabian Gulf compared to regular to moderate waves in the Sea of Oman.
