The National Academy for Childhood Development (NACD) participates in the Abu Dhabi International Hunting & Equestrian Exhibition (ADIHEX) 2025. Taking place till Sept.7 at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi, the exhibition is held under the patronage of Sheikh Hamdan Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler's Representative in Al Dhafra Region and Chairman of the Emirates Falconers’ Club.
As the largest event of its kind in the world, ADIHEX offers a unique platform for NACD to reaffirm its mission under the theme “The Legacy Lives On.” The Academy’s participation underscores its commitment to preserving Emirati values and promoting national identity. Family remains at the heart of this mission, recognised as the cornerstone for instilling principles and raising awareness to build a resilient society that carry forward the legacy of the Founding Fathers with deep-rooted values and unwavering loyalty to the country.
The Academy’s stand features a wide range of enriching activities and workshops delivered in Arabic, including sessions from the recently launched Olfah programme, which targets various segments of society.
The programme includes workshops for parents, teachers, and caregivers, covering key topics such as parenting skills, positive parenting, and family management.
The event is taking place from August 30 to September 7 under the theme “The Legacy Lives On.”
Additionally, the Academy provides interactive workshops for children under the recently launched summer camp Generation 71, aiming to nurture national values, life skills, and positive behaviour for young girls and boys. The sessions focused on Emirati hospitality, responsibility and belonging.
In addition, the Academy organizes a variety of educational and recreational activities, including teaching them about different types of falcons and falconry tools, as well as engaging them in hands-on crafts and activities.
Dr. Meera Alkaabi, Chief of the National Academy for Childhood Development Team, said: "Our participation at ADIHEX 2025 aims to provide an interactive educational platform to instil skills, revive values, and strengthen national identity across the community. This reflects the UAE's vision of empowering families and embodies the core values established by the Founding Fathers, ensuring their permanence across generations."
Visitors are invited to explore the National Academy for Childhood Development's activities at its stand in Hall 4, Booth No. 60, at the ADNEC Centre.
