Detour announced after closure of the road between Al Hamra and Emirates roundabouts in Ras Al Khaimah

Following the closure of the road between Al Hamra Roundabout and Emirates Roundabout (also known as the Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road Roundabout) in Ras Al Khaimah, the Ras Al Khaimah Police have identified alternative routes.
The closure is to facilitate a road and infrastructure development project in the emirate.
In a statement on the X platform, the Ras Al Khaimah Police informed motorists that the section of road between Al Hamra and Emirates Roundabouts on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Salem E11 has been closed, with traffic being diverted to alternative routes.
The section of road from Emirates Roundabout to Al Hamra Roundabout remains open. The police have reminded the public of the need to adhere to instructions for everyone's safety.
