As part of their ongoing efforts to enhance security and safety, adopt the latest technologies and systems, and continuously upgrade their fleet of luxury tourist vehicles, Dubai Police have strengthened their fleet of luxury vehicles with the addition of the new Audi RS7 Performance, in collaboration with the strategic partners.
The new patrol was launched during a ceremony held at the Museum of the Future in Dubai, in the presence of Major General Eid Mohammed Thani, Assistant Commander-in-Chief for Criminal Investigation Affairs, and Major General Rashid Al Falasi, Director of the General Department of Transport and Rescue. In attendance were Jan Scheidegen, General Manager of Audi – Al Nabooda Automobiles and partner of Al Nabooda Automobiles, and members from both organisations.
Major General Eid Thani was given a detailed explanation of the specifications of the new Audi RS7 Performance. With 630 horsepower and 850 Nm of torque, it can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.4 seconds. Boasting a striking design and advanced technologies, the car is sure to turn heads on Dubai's roads thanks to its exceptional driving performance.
He praised the close cooperation with Al Nabooda Automobiles, one of the UAE's leading automotive companies. He stressed that the Dubai Police General Command is introducing sports cars to its fleet of luxury patrol vehicles in order to enhance its presence at key tourist sites and upgrade all Dubai Police vehicles to the latest standards.
