Fire erupts in Sharjah’s Hamriyah Free Zone clothing warehouse

The Sharjah Police have announced that the civil defence teams are currently engaged in addressing a fire that occurred on Friday evening in a clothing warehouse located within the Second Free Zone in Hamriyah.

The Sharjah Police issued a statement via its official X account, stating: "The Sharjah Police General Command and the Sharjah Civil Defense Authority, in coordination with the relevant authorities, are dealing with a fire that broke out this evening in a clothing warehouse in the Second Free Zone in Hamriyah. The teams initiated their tasks without delay upon receipt of the report, and are currently engaged in ongoing efforts to control the fire and prevent its spread to neighbouring sites."
