Light to heavy rain fell in various areas of Al Ain on Monday, including along Hatta Road, Al Watan Street and North Shoka.
The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) forecasts clear to partly cloudy weather on Tuesday, with dusty conditions at times and clouds towering over the east and south, possibly cumulus in the afternoon.
Winds will be southeasterly, turning northwesterly, light to moderate in speed and sometimes active during the day, causing dust storms at speed of 10-25 km/h, reaching 40 km/h at times. The waves will be mild in both the Arabian Gulf and the Sea of Oman.
The NCM expects that maximum temperatures will range between 34-49°C and minimum temperatures between 27-35°C.
Wednesday is expected to be clear to partly cloudy in the east at times, with humidity increasing at night and on Thursday morning in some coastal areas, where there is a possibility of light fog forming. Winds will be northwesterly, light to moderate in speed and sometimes stronger during the day, causing dust and dirt.
The waves will be moderate in the Arabian Gulf and light in the Sea of Oman.
Thursday's weather is expected to clear to partly cloudy, with clouds towering over the east in the afternoon, possibly cumulus. It will be humid at night and on Friday morning in some coastal and inland areas, with a possibility of light fog.
Winds will be southwesterly to northwesterly and light to moderate in speed. They will sometimes be active during the day, causing dust storms and leading to poor horizontal visibility in the west at times at speed of 10-25 km/h, occasionally reaching 40 km/h.
The waves will be light to medium in the Arabian Gulf and sometimes rough in the west, and light to medium and sometimes rough in the Sea of Oman in the early hours of Friday.
The NCM expects that Friday's weather to be clear to partly cloudy, with low clouds towering over the east coast in the morning. It will be humid at night and on Saturday morning along some coastal and inland areas. Winds will be southeasterly to northwesterly, light to moderate and sometimes stronger during the day, causing dust and dirt at speed of 10-25 km/h, reaching 40 km/h at times.
The waves will be moderate and occasionally rough in the Arabian Gulf and the Sea of Oman.
