The General Command of Sharjah Police, represented by the General Directorate of Comprehensive Police Stations, has achieved a notable milestone that adds to its institutional record, having recorded a 98% satisfaction rate with its services during the first half of 2025. This was based on 3,640 evaluation forms collected through the "Customer Pulse" channel. This achievement is a direct reflection of the leadership’s commitment to delivering high-quality services that enhance customer trust and provide an integrated service experience.
Brigadier General Ibrahim Musabah Al-Ajil, Director General of the General Directorate of Comprehensive Police Stations, confirmed that this result reflects the community’s trust in the services provided and the effectiveness of the continuous improvements implemented throughout all stages of service delivery — from reception to transaction completion.
He also explained that Sharjah Police places customer satisfaction at the top of its priorities, through trained task forces and development strategies based on innovation and digital transformation.
He noted that this percentage is a clear indicator of the success of ongoing efforts to monitor performance indicators and service quality, affirming that work will continue to sustain these gains and enhance excellence levels. This aligns with the leadership’s vision of providing an advanced service environment that is efficient, fast, and capable of meeting the community’s expectations with flexibility and professionalism.
