RِِِAK Police launch unique 15-minute driver testing service

The Vehicle and Driver Licensing Department of Ras Al Khaimah Police, in collaboration with the General Resources Authority, has launched a VIP (luxury vehicle) driver testing service at the Traffic and Licencing Services Centre.

Colonel Saqr Bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Director of the Vehicle and Driver Licensing Department, stated that the VIP service aims to enable driving licence applicants to complete both the internal and city driving tests simultaneously in a luxury vehicle.

Captain Adnan Mohammed Ahmed, Acting Director of the Driver Licensing Branch, explained that applicants can complete both the internal and city driving tests in just 15 minutes. Upon successfully passing both tests, they can obtain their driving licence immediately, eliminating the need to schedule a separate appointment for the external city test.
