The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) expects temperatures to drop next Wednesday, accompanied by dusty winds due to the influence of a surface low-pressure system from the east and a high-pressure system from the west, along with a weak upper-level low-pressure system.
The NCM reported that maximum temperatures will range between 30°C and 49°C, while minimum temperatures will range between 22°C and 30°C.
The NCM also announced that the lowest temperature recorded in the UAE on Saturday morning was 24.6°C, observed at Jebal Al Habn in Fujairah at 05:15 and at Barakah 2 in the Al Dhafra region at 05:45, both in UAE local time.
Sunday’s weather is expected to be partly cloudy to cloudy at times with low clouds over the eastern coast, but humid overnight and on early Monday morning in some coastal areas.
Winds are expected to be northwesterly to southwesterly, light to moderate, occasionally active at 10-20 km/h, amounting to 35 km/h and the sea will be light in the Arabian Gulf and the Sea of Oman.
Monday’s weather will be partly cloudy with low clouds over the eastern coast and humid overnight and on early Tuesday morning in some coastal areas.
Winds will be northwesterly turning southeasterly, light to moderate, occasionally active at 10-25 km/h, amounting to 35 km/h and the sea will be light in the Arabian Gulf and the Sea of Oman.
Tuesday’s weather is expected to be clear to partly cloudy with low clouds over the eastern coast and humid overnight and on early Wednesday morning in some coastal areas.
Winds are expected to be northwesterly to southeasterly, light to moderate, occasionally active at 10-25 km/h, amounting to 30 km/h and the sea will be light to moderate in the Arabian Gulf and light in the Sea of Oman.
Wednesday’s weather will be partly cloudy with clouds over the eastern regions, possibly cumulus in the afternoon, with temperature drop expected.
It will be humid overnight and on early Thursday morning in some coastal and inland areas and winds will be northwesterly turning southeasterly, light to moderate, occasionally active and dusty at 10-20 km/h, amounting to 40 km/h and the sea will be moderate to rough in the Arabian Gulf and light to moderate in the Sea of Oman.
