On Saturday, Emirates announced that all flights to and from Tehran would remain suspended until July 5, 2025, a decision attributable to the prevailing circumstances in the region.
It was further stated that customers connecting via Dubai to final destinations in Iran will not be permitted to travel to their origin until further notice.
Customers affected by these flight cancellations are advised to contact their travel agent in order to rebook. In the event of a direct booking with Emirates, customers are advised to contact the airline.
Furthermore, the resumption of flights to Baghdad was scheduled for Tuesday, July 1, 2025, and to Basra for Wednesday, July 2, 2025.
It has been determined that passengers travelling from Dubai to Iraq will be permitted to board their onward journey to their point of origin.
It was also requested that customers verify the accuracy of their contact information by accessing the "Manage Booking" function to ensure the currency of their details.
The airline is apologizing for any inconvenience this measure may cause, while also stating that it continues to closely monitor developments. The safety of passengers, employees, and operations remains paramount.
