A spokesperson for flydubai has stated that the ongoing situation in the region is continuing to have an impact on the airline's flight network. This has resulted in a number of flights being cancelled, rerouted, or delayed due to congestion in the airspace.
He further stated that flights operated by flydubai to Iran, Iraq, Israel, and Syria remain suspended until June 20, 2025.
Meanwhile, the situation in Jordan and Lebanon is being closely monitored and it is anticipated that flights to these destinations will recommence on June 17 within daytime operations, he added.
It is to be noted that flights operated by flydubai to Minsk and St. Petersburg remain suspended until June 17.
He further explained that the flights across the network have been resumed where conditions permit, and the situation is being closely monitored and operations evaluated as developments unfold.
"We extend our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience that these changes may have caused and we are extremely grateful for our passengers' understanding during this period. The safety of passengers and crew remains paramount," the spokesperson added.
