His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, said, “Dubai International Holy Quran Award is the closest to both the heart and God.”
In a tweet on the X platform, Sheikh Mohammed added, “The Holy Quran is the greatest message from heaven to humanity and the closest path for humanity to the gates of heaven.
“For 28 years, we have been honouring the memorizers of the Holy Quran. May Allah protect us, have mercy upon us and exalt us. Today we are searching for the most beautiful Quran recitation in the world via https://www.quran.gov.ae."
