Parts of UAE to experience rain and fog formation, predicts NCM

The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) predicted the formation of convective clouds on Sunday afternoon, potentially bringing rainfall over mountainous areas. There is also a chance of fog or light fog formation, particularly during the night and on Monday morning, especially in coastal regions.
This weather condition is due to weak surface pressure systems affecting the country, accompanied by a high-pressure system in the upper atmosphere, the NCM reported.
Sunday’s weather is expected to be clear to partly cloudy, with a gradual rise in temperatures, and winds will be southeasterly to northeasterly, light to moderate, occasionally active, with speeds ranging from 15 to 25 kilometres/h, amounting to 40 kilometres/h and the sea will be calm in both the Arabian Gulf and the Sea of Oman.
The NCM reported that the highest temperature for the coming days will range between 31°C to 40°C, while the lowest will range between 19°C to 28°C.
Monday’s weather is expected to be clear to partly cloudy, with some cloud formation in the east. Winds will be southeasterly to northeasterly, light to moderate, occasionally active with speeds from 10 to 25 kilometres/h, amounting to 35 kilometres/h, and the sea will be calm in both the Arabian Gulf and the Sea of Oman.
Tuesday’s weather will be clear to partly cloudy, with some clouds in the east and winds will be southeasterly to northeasterly, light to moderate, occasionally active, potentially stirring dust, with speeds ranging between 10 to 25 kilometres/h, amounting to 35 kilometres/h. The sea will be calm to moderate at times in the Arabian Gulf, and calm in the Sea of Oman.
Wednesday’s weather is predicted to be clear to partly cloudy, with some clouds in the east and winds will be southeasterly, turning northwesterly, light to moderate, occasionally active, potentially stirring dust, with speeds ranging between 10 to 25 kilometres/h, amounting to 40 kilometres/h. The sea will be calm to moderate in the Arabian Gulf, and calm in the Sea of Oman.
