Sheikh Sultan appoints Rashid Al Obad as Director-General of Shams

His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan Bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, has issued an Emiri Decree regarding the promotion and appointment of a Director-General for Sharjah Media City – Free Zone Authority (Shams).
The Decree stipulates that Rashid Abdullah Al Obad is promoted to the rank of Director-General under the special job grade system of the Government of Sharjah, and is appointed as the Director-General of Sharjah Media City – Free Zone Authority (Shams), effective from the date of issuance of this Decree.
