Most schools in UAE, both primary and middle grades, have announced the implementation of a summer timetable starting this week which aims to alleviate daily fatigue and enhance student performance during school hours, particularly amid rising summer temperatures.
School administrations emphasized full compliance with the academic plan approved by the Ministry of Education. School officials stated that the new timetable does not disrupt the curriculum but improves learning quality by addressing students’ psychological and environmental needs.
Under the revised schedule, school day starts on Monday to Thursday as of 7:15am to 1:35pm, while Friday school hours will be from 7:15am to 11:00am.
